Financial & Insurance Policy
We are committed to providing clarity and transparency in our financial policies. During your consultation, prior to any surgical care, our financial team will discuss the fees associated with your treatment. These fees reflect the complexity and associated risks of your procedure, ensuring you understand all costs before proceeding with surgical therapy.
Please bring any relevant dental insurance information (if applicable) to your appointment, so our team can assist in reviewing your coverage. Our goal is to deliver exceptional surgical care at the most reasonable cost. It’s important to understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider; however, our team is available to assist with any necessary forms and works diligently to maximize insurance benefits to help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
After your initial co-payment and procedure, we will manage the submission of your insurance forms and keep you updated on your reimbursement status. Most insurance companies respond within four weeks, providing notifications to both you and our office. Please review your insurance carrier’s statement carefully, as it will outline the specifics of your reimbursement or payment. Any remaining balance for surgical services not covered by insurance will be the patient’s responsibility.
While we strive to provide an accurate estimate by verifying your coverage with your insurance carrier, exact benefits depend on factors such as deductibles, coverage limits, contract exclusions, and fee schedules. The information provided by carriers is generally reliable but may not always be fully accurate. Should the insurance company deny or delay payment beyond two months, the remaining balance will become the patient’s responsibility.
Insurance & Payment Options
To help minimize out-of-pocket expenses, we participate with most major dental insurance plans.
For your convenience, we accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We also offer CareCredit, a healthcare financing option providing flexible payment plans for eligible patients. CareCredit offers a 6-month interest-free plan for amounts ranging from $200 to $10,000, with no initial payment, fixed rates, and no prepayment penalties.
